This holiday apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 persons. It is located in the centre of Cologne, in a calm area 200 meters from the river Rhine. The trade fair area, the “Koelnarena” and the old part of the city with its sights, shops and nightlife are very near and can all be reached by walking or a short tram ride. You can see the cathedral from the kitchen window. The apartment is located under the roof, it provides a living room, a bedromm, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC. There is a Flat-screen TV and a sofa in the living room and 2 beds in the little bedroom. Our house has no elevator! Extra beds for a 3rd or 4th person are possible in the living room. 

Arrivals after 10pm are not possible, arrivals after 8pm may incur additional charges.

De lichte, gezellige eenpersoonskamers zijn 10 tot 11 vierkante meter groot. Ze zijn uitgerust met een LCD-televisie en een eigen, kleine badkamer met douche en toilet. Alle eenpersoonskamers bevinden zich aan de voorzijde van het gebouw.
Alle kamers zijn niet-roken kamers. Roken is alleen toegestaan op het terrasno smoking.
Gratis draadloos internet (Freifunk).

Aankomsten na 22.00 uur zijn niet mogelijk, voor aankomsten na 20.00 uur kunnen extra kosten in rekening worden gebracht.
